The Theology, Natural Sciences and Continuing Creation Ministry invites TUCO members and friends of all ages to spend time in the natural world during this summer season!
Here is one opportunity: Join Susan Yarrow Morris for a WALK AND TALK from 4:30 – 6:30 pm on Wednesday, July 11. Meet at the Chambers Lake Trailhead on the Chehalis Western Trail (parking and bathrooms available) just off of 14th SE in Lacey (between Sleater-Kinney & Fones Rd), walk for awhile on the trail and return to the trailhead by 6:30 p.m.
Optional: You are invited for refreshments at Morris’ home afterward! Tuning into the sensory delights of God’s creation as we walk along, as well as environmental concerns, we’ll connect with one another, God, and the earth-world as we celebrate being the Church in another kind of sanctuary!
Questions? Call Susan Yarrow Morris, 360-438-5044. Just show up and we’ll head out!
