CHURCH ACTIVITIES
Activities in the life of our church

There are numerous groups that meet at The United Churches on an ongoing basis throughout the year. You are welcome to call the contact people listed or the church office for additional information regarding church activities. A calendar is posted on our website, and throughout the church should you need more details about any of our activities.

Occasionally meeting locations are reassigned. Please check the current calendars posted at locations throughout the building for a specific event.   

CHURCH ACTIVITIES 

Adult Education Opportunities

Caring Friends: Lay caregivers who do visitation at nursing homes, retirement facilities, to homebound persons and to hospitals.

Chancel Choir: Practice: Wednesday 6:45. Choir room. Contact: Kary Hyre or Carol Sherrell at United Churches for more information
Community Kitchen: Prepare meals for the Community Kitchen every second Tuesday. Contact Lee or Jo Johnson @360-866-2972 
Communion at Panorama City Chapel
Covenant Groups
CROP Walk
Family Camps: Brochures are available every spring from each denomination. Annual all church retreat in August 
Fellowship Opportunities
Food Bank Sunday: 1st Sunday food is collected and donated to the Thurston County Food Bank 
Healing Services twice a year (May and December)
Lunch at Panorama 
Lunch at Capital Place 
Pairs & Spares: an older adult group. Meet the 4th Wednesday at 11:30 in the Social Hall 
Pet Blessings
Saturday Service Pot Luck: 2nd Saturday of the month 
following the Saturday Service
