 We
spoke with Amy last Sunday to ask her what she wants and needs for
little Benjamin. So we won't have lots of duplicates, we suggested
she register at Target--which she has. So you can go on-line or
walk in to the store and find her list there. In addition, she
says that books and toys will always be welcome--except for cute stuffed
animals that squeak (which
Jake is bound to go after). Handmade things would also be very
special, although she does have lots of receiving blankets. In
thinking about little caps, mittens and booties, she says
 that Ben is
bound to be a big boy soon. Already he's grown out of newborn
sizes for hands, head and feet!
If you'd like to donate money, it could go toward a diaper
service, a jogging stroller, or an every-other-week house cleaning
service. (The Stephen Ministers already plan to give Ben a car
seat.)
With or without a gift, come join us in the Social Hall on Sunday, April
6 following the 11 am service so that we can welcome the newest addition
to our church family. |
Come Journey with Us ! 
A baby shower for Amy and her new little son Benjamin will take
place Sunday, April 6
following the 11 am service in the Social Hall. This will be in
lieu of the usual coffee hour. Coordinating this special event are
Joan Knapp, Pat Dickinson, Mike Segawa and Janet Anderson, members of
the Pastoral Relations Committee.
